She specializes in luxury homes, strategic pricing, and complex life transitions, including divorce real estate, where she is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE). Together with her husband and business partner, Glenn Hughes, Gift leads their successful real estate company built on trust, relationships, and exceptional service. Many of their clients become lifelong friends and trusted members of their community.
